Jiaqiang qigong (strengthening qigong)
You will be learning Jiaqiang qigong (Jia-Chang Chi-Kung) or Strengthening chi-kung can be practised in horse stance or seated.
This workshop will be taught seated and is designed to build upper body strength.
We recommend the use of soft-ball weights or small hand weights (0.5kg) to aid strengthening.
Hand weights are available to buy
We will focus on the three refinements of mind, body, and breath.
the day will run 1pm - 4pm live on zoom. £35 per person.
